Dženeta started her career as a lawyer and later worked in banking and restructuring, often in negotiation-heavy environments.
Today, she covers legal matters related to D-Darks Technologies and the firm’s proprietary algorithm, while also supporting clients with strategic and crisis communication.
She is the founder of VERA Strategic House, a communication consultancy that manages positioning and external messaging for the D-Darks group, as well as for other companies operating in regulated or sensitive sectors.

Christian has worked in commercial real estate for over three decades. His experience includes financing, investments, and restructuring across Central and Eastern Europe, with a focus on institutional portfolios and cross-border transactions.
He also developed the firm’s internal intelligence model, which supports strategic decisions through early indicators and market signals.
At D-Darks Strategies, he focuses on investment and restructuring projects—combining practical insight with the quiet analytical tools he built to support them.
